Policy

 Cancellation/No-Show/Maintenance

Your appointments and well-being are very important to me. I understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur and making schedule adjustments is necessary. If you need to cancel your appointment, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. This will help me get to other clients as well as reschedule your appointment without any penalties. 


My Policy:

•Deposits are non-refundable, unless I have to cancel on you for a personal reason. 

•If I have to cancel your appointment for a personal reasoning, then I can: refund your deposit or save your deposit on your account and reschedule you for another day.

•If you are 10 minutes late to an appointment, you will be told that we can no longer take your appointment during that time. At that time, you can reschedule, however, you will be asked to pay a $20 reschedule fee.

•All appointment cancellations should be made 24 hours in advanced. 

•You can cancel the appointment through your account online or through messaging me. 

  • If you have no called/no showed or canceled last minute more than 2 times, I will no longer accept you as a client.

•Please book online through the website. I DO NOT ACCEPT BOOKINGS THROUGH INSTAGRAM OR TEXT MESSAGE

•Please schedule in advance to secure your spot.

•Bookings are first come first serve. 

•No guest please.

•No children. 

•Make sure to remove ALL eye makeup before coming in. Additional charges will be made if a makeup removal before the service is needed.

•I have rights to refuse services to anyone. 


Eyelash Extension Policy:

Skin sensitivities and allergies are extremely rare and your safety and care are of my utmost concern. I use the highest quality products and the most up-to-date techniques and sanitation protocols in the industry. However I am not liable for reaction due to my products. If you are concerned, I recommend a patch test several days before your appointment. Please text to schedule.


Eyelash Aftercare Instructions:

So I've had many clients asking me about the instruction of the aftercare after their lash services. 


Here they are:  

  • Do NOT get your eyelashes wet for the first 24 hours.  
  • Do NOT use a spa, sauna or pool for the first 24 hours. The extensions need that amount of time to properly bond.  
  • Avoid pulling or rubbing your eyes.  
  • Do NOT lift, tint, or use eyelash curlers with your extensions. With proper application you will not need them.  
  • ONLY use oil-free makeup remover. If your eyelashes are tangled or crossed over, use the spoolie given to you during your appointment to gently brush them straight and put them in place. 
  • Proper hygiene is very important. Please keep lashes clean by regular washing (Lash baths available for purchase). 
  • Use only mascaras that are safe for eyelash extensions, no oil-based or waterproof mascaras. Only apply the mascara to the tips of your lashes.  
  • After showering avoid rubbing lashes, it best to blot them with a towel and let them air dry.  
  • You can also dry the lashes by using a hair dryer on the cool setting and blowing them dry from the bottom up. It makes them curlier and fluffy.  
  • Use care when applying facial and eye creams to avoid the lash line. Too many oil-based products can break down the adhesive.  
  • I recommend touch-up appointments every two to three weeks to maintain your new eyelash extensions.
